Chip Scoggins is Vice President, Relationship Manager at Texas Capital Bank. His background includes 35 years of experience in banking, asset-based lending, factoring, healthcare finance, and purchase order financing for small- and medium-sized commercial businesses in the Southwest and across the United States. Although the majority of Scoggins’ career has been in new business development, his additional experience in credit, operations, and managing turnaround portfolios has established a strong background in structuring customized capital solutions to a wide base of industries and businesses involved in services, wholesale distribution, manufacturing, assembly, fabrication, import, and export. Scoggins earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Clemson University and an MBA from Winthrop University. He serves on the Board of The Finance Forum and was Chairman of the 2022 Annual Charity Golf Tournament supporting Equest, a non-profit equestrian center located in Dallas.

Bryan Ballowe is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of TradeCap Partners, who provides short-term working capital to companies through Purchase Order Financing.  Bryan started his financial career in banking, as a global financial analyst underwriting senior debt and high yield bonds for various companies in the media and telecom industries.  He has over 20 years of experience in PO Finance, including; underwriting, portfolio management, and also as a principal and  investment committee member, at a prior firm. 

Bryan holds a B.B.A. in Finance and a B.S. in Economics from Southern Methodist University as well as an MBA from Southern Methodist University in Corporate Finance. Bryan was also a varsity letter winner and member of Southern Methodist University’s men’s basketball 1993 Southwest Conference championship team.
